Windows 7 Student promotion clean install now key invalid

I am having an issue regarding which i need your help. I have purchased Windows 7 Student but when i am trying to install the same with DVD it is not registering the Windows 7 Student as showing that i am using the wrong product key. I am using the product key which comes with the pack of Windows 7 Student. So please help me to get rid of this issue. Thank you.

To work with the issue of yours, you have to go through the below given step that will help you for same. Just try this out and see whether it is working or not.

1. Open the Registry Editor
2. Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE/"
3. Change MediaBootInstall from "1" to "0"
4. Exit Registry Editor
5. Open CMD as Administrator
6. Type slmgr /rearm and hit Enter
7. Wait for the "Command completed successfully" message
8. Restart Computer
9. Now change the Product key

It might be possible that the keys you were using is not the correctly entered. Just check on the box for correct code and enter the same into the system of yours properly. If you are having the correct code then you can easily activate the Windows easily. So if you can then check whether you are having the right code or not.

If you are not getting it working properly then i will advise you to visit the dealer from whom you have got the pack and ask him about the problem you are getting. Ask him for the right product key that can help you for the activation of the same. So if you can then go through the same and see whether you are getting it work or not.
