System blocked by admin, no loads, shutdowns

Here i have given an error which i am getting when i log on my system.
"The system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM

As soon as i type my password then i am getting the message that I have downloaded a high risk worm called worm.win32.skynet and have to preform full scan of my system. But it does not gets anything after scanning.

It seems like that your system have got viruses and due to which you are not able to log in your system. It has happened to me several times when my anti virus software does not do its job. Anyway, I think you should try logging on your system from the safe mode. Press F8 key several time when your system gets started. Then you would be having Windows Booting Options where you have to choose for Safe Mode. It might happen that your system lets you log in from the safe mode.

I think you system has been infected very seriously by worm.win32.skynet virus and i guess you need to remove this virus as soon as possible. First of all i would like to suggest you to do a Boot time scan of an Avast on your system. If it has been done properly then consider yourself lucky as you would be clean viruses from your system. I think the virus have affected your operating system's registry file which are need to be get repaired. But since you are not able to start up your system, It is not possible to change the values of your windows registry. You have to reinstall an operating system on your machine which will make it like a new brand system. Then you may secure your system by using several security tools.

I think you should directly contact with your machine's administrator who must be knowing if he has made any kind of settings on it. If suppose that you know all the settings and password of an admin account and still the same error comes then i guess your machine must have got something malicious on registry due to which you are not able to start it. You have to format your system and reinstall an OS.
