Vista64 yellow icons

Sorry nob at this....I just built a computer from ground up and after installing vista64 is still have some yellow icons that i cant figure out what they go to or what drivers to use to install.
systems specs:
MSI P55A-G55 motherboard
4gb corsair memory
WD 500gb harddrive
i7-875k processor

and no card reader.

This is what shows up when I look at the ID:

I think that ID's are related to the VIA AC97 Enhanced Audio Controller. You can try to run bcdedit /set CONFIGACCESSPOLICY DISALLOWMMCONFIG from command prompt that will remove the High Definition Audio Controller entry and eventually the yellow exclamation mark will fade away, lets hope.
