Hyper PI 0.99b
The ATI GPU will use GDDR5 is in any case the plans provided for these ATI RV770 and R700. The GDDR4 did not really believe the face of GDDR3, performance and capabilities of the two memories with no obvious differences. I looking for info on the autonomy of a Dell Inspiron 1520, I came across a software which can test the processor in an original finished the classic benchmark, since the software testing. Can anybody suggest Hyper PI 0.99b to calculates the number Pi ?

Re: Hyper PI 0.99b
Skill has a smile, because the results of the second stage of the great challenge of overclocking "F1OC" just come, and it is rather favorable. After the first round 3DMark Vantage in August it was in September asked the teams to achieve the best possible time in Super Pi 32M with a configuration architect around the Intel P55. The winner is finally Youngpro of the Australian team, which reached the beautiful 6'36'000 time thanks to its Core i7 860 clocked at 5.49GHz on Motherboard Gigabyte P55-UD6, accompanied as you guessed by the G. Skill DDR3 signed, the Perfect Storm C8 case.

Core Temp is a simple program that allows you to measure and control the temperature of your Intel processor (Core Duo / Solo, Core Duo 2 / Extreme, Xeon 5100) or AMD K8. The temperature is measured very precisely, since it is carried on each side of the processor. Other assets: temperature variations can be observed in real time, and the data collected can be saved, so as to generate graphs and thereby control the temperature evolution.

Re: Hyper PI 0.99b
You also need Prime 95 software that used to participate in the search for prime numbers, has also acquired a reputation among fans of overclocking, the tool offers a series of tests to push your processor to its limits and observed errors. A Benchmark module is also proposed. So much so that installing the software allows you to bypass the community side to use it only for testing purposes.

Re: Hyper PI 0.99b
You know Stress Prime 2004, the CPU utility and well here is a customized version of it, SP2004 Orthos Edition. The main advantage of this version is to allow testing of dual core without having to open two separate sessions. This makes it easier still use a lot of this software, even in beta yet, but we tested it is working perfectly. A routine that Prime95 has been added.

Re: Hyper PI 0.99b
You ca als use ThrottleWatch that is a utility that monitors the rpm drops Athlon 64, Pentium M, Pentium 4 or Xeon when they integrate a monitoring system which reduces the temperature of the operating system if a certain temperature threshold is exceeded. Obviously, the amount of heat generated by a processor varies depending on the workload. In situations of sustained load it can happen that a processor generates more heat than the cooling system is able to dissipate, thus raising the temperature inside the processor.
