hey guyz plz help me out.....
recently bought Samsung Duos GT-B5722..
everything is fine.. default browser works f9..
bt..
opera mini 4.2 not working...:crybaby:
says failed to connect internet check ur setting..
but setting are f9..
then i installed opera mini 5...
again same prob...:crybaby:
after that i installed ebuddy mobile messenger..
it shows error "activate ur setting for java applications"
bt all my settings are f9...
i use aircel pocket internet RV-rs.98..
help me .....:help:
There are some faults in Samsung Duos GT-B5722 mobile phone like for example, most of the java based applications are unable to use gprs connectivity, applications like google maps, orkut, gmail, opera mini, etc; are not able to connect through GPRS and videos on youtube are also unable to play.
In that case what to do....now..????
What you can do in such cases, only you can change your mobile..:whistling but before that, lets put some effort to make it work. You should either call Aircel Customer care and ask them for help, or try using your simcard in some other mobile with the same settings and see if it works.. Also try to get some help form Samsung Service Center. Tell them that you are not at all able to use GPRS. Hope they can fix it, and you won't need to pay as your device is still under warranty.
Check out for the updated firmware of the device. The fix for the same can be found in the updated firmware. So it would be better that you update the device with the latest firmware and make the aspects to be performed and worked. It will be helpful and you can then make the essential aspects to be worked. Get the firmware to be updated from the service center.
i can't change my phone now..
bt tried same aircel sim wid nokia 3600s,N73 and iphone china mobile it works f9..
i think some prob wid samsung mobile...
bas ek hi option bachta hai...

Yes, incase if your samsung mobile phone is under warranty then tell them about the defects of the mobile phone like not supporting google maps or orkut or opera mini and such and replace it with some other mobile phone in the same category that supports such features, usually if it is phone defect then you can obviously ask for such replacements. :biggrin:Quote:

Samsung Duos GT-B5722 is a nice phone which has a rating of 5 out of ten. Its positive points are TouchWiz interface, dual sim card. The issue with the phone is some points which lacks with the operating system of the phone due to which other users are facing errors on applications. I will recommend you to look for similar models of different companies before buying this.
