TomTom RDS-TMC cannot connect radio station

I am using RDS-TMC TomTom 4V00.014 can receive traffic information on my TomTom. Eight months after the marketing and testing RDS / TMC ref 4V00.013, TomTom has released a new product that will be compatible with the brand new TomTom ONE XL and the new.
