Hi,
i have a tocco ultra edition, and it seems to be fine for ages, and then i will go to use it just to find it has switched itself off, even if the battery is full at the time. it'll switch itself back on if i remove and replace the battery or if i plug the charger in.
I would be grateful for any advice!:)

I think there might be a problem with the mobile phone itself, so therefore try upgrading its firmware to the latest. First download the Samsung PC Studio and install it in your computer and then connect your phone and try restoring/updating its firmware version.

I've installed the pc studio, but i cant find where it would say to update/ renew the firmware? how would i go about installing/renewing the firmware? thanks again
Thats true, Samsung PC Studio doesn't allow you to update your firmware. To do so you need to contact with Samsung and they will provide you the contact details of your nearest Samsung or any local Carphone Warehouse who will upgrade the firmware for your device and yes they wont charge if it is still in warranty.
