Logitech Wireless Rublepad 2 not recognized while playing Split Second PC game

I have installed Split Second Velocity game into my desktop machine which is been working with Windows 7. I have purchased a Logitech Wireless Rublepad 2 in order to make it use for gaming controller but the problem is it is not recognized when I connect the device and start to play the game that is Split Second.
