I need your help to sort out issues of my Motorola Cliq mobile. Over this mobile I am getting some troubles while setting up email account. Whenever I try to setup emails account, it fails with error message 'login to the account failed'. I am totally frustrated because of this email account issue. I have tried many method, but nothing was helpful. I wonder if you are able to help me over this email account issue. Your help would be greatly appreciable.
If you want to setting up email account on your mobile, then please follows below steps:
- First you need to open the internet services menu from your mobile.
- The select 'Account' option then choose 'Add Account'.
- Then you will need to choose 'Email'.
- Finally you will need to provide your email address and password.
Please try with following procedure:
1. Press Start
2. Move cursor over Pocket MSN Icon and select.
3. Press Down arrow and select MSN Hotmail.
4. Input your hotmail email address into the E-mail Address field.
5. Input your password into the Password field. Press the down arrow when compete.
6. Select the Save Password checkbox
7. Press Sign In.
In your query you have mentioned that your getting error while login in to email account. I think you might providing wrong password or wrong Login id. I suggest you to create new email id and then try to login with this new login id. You also need to check the internet setting of your Motorola Cliq mobile. Hopefully it will resolve your email account issue.
