I have been using Airtel broad band from last few months i am having the plan unlimited with 256 kbps. From last few days i am getting the doanload speed of about 55 kbps only. i am here in the state of Madhya pradesh anyone experienced sudden Increase In Airtel Broadband Speed. please let me know.

My self from Mumbai and i am getting the Airtel broadband speed which is more or less constant i have subscribed for the 256 kbps plan and is also giving a constant speed which is proper. your speed might be affecting due to some maintenance work in progress in your locality. Hope this helps
This upgrade may be because your plan have been changed to a higher one. sometimes the service provider chanes the broadband plans and it may have not notified you and hence you are getting a higher speed so i would suggest you to log on to the official website and then make it sure whether your speed is upgraded or not.
I am also an airtel subscriber and i have subscribed for the 128 kbps plan. but i am getting speeds only about 60 kbps. It may be due to some technical flaws.
Why bothering so much about this since if you are getting a good speed i think you should enjoy it before it vanishes.
The download speed is increased because i have heard that there is some technical upgardation is in process the whole monitoring system is getting replaced with a new one. This will take around two three days more and hence till the time i would suggest you to enjoy the speed which ever you are getting.
