E52 Firmware: WARNING -- Do not update to Version 31-012

Hello friends,
I think heading tell all the thing. I recently update my Nokia E52 mobile phone with FirmWare 31-012 and all the problem starts. Before this my mobile is working fine. After update instead of giving new features, it start giving me more problems. After update I unable to search in Contacts. It also loose "smart dial" from home screen. Anyone else experience the same. If yes then comment on E52 Firmware: WARNING - Do not update to Version 31-012

Hey I don't think that there is some problem in that new version. I also have install Version 31-012 in my mobile phone and it is working very fine. I think mobile gives better performance after that new update. I don't feel any problem in it. I think it is working better than previous. I upgrade my mobile through OVI suite.

Latest software release for Nokia E52 is 033.002.
It has following features.

From your information it seems that you have upgrade your mobile with Nokia PC suite and that's why you are getting such type of problem. I think most of the people having problem with Nokia Pc suite. Why don't you use OVI store to upgrade your mobile with new version. It is easy to use and install. Just install OVI suite in your computer and upgrade your mobile.

I think your Firmware update is get corrupted or get damaged during installation and that's why you are getting such type of problem, because none of the E52 users getting same type of problem. In this case you have to again install that firmware update in your mobile phone to get rid out of this problem. Juts use Nokia PC suite to install new update.

I think the new firmware version not properly installed in your mobile phone and that's why you are facing such type of problem. In this case you have to update your mobile from Nokia service center to fix this problem. They use proper procedure to update your mobile with new version. Just contact your nearest nokia service center to fix this problem.
