Lotus Notes crashes when synchronizing Calendar

I am getting one issue after the upgrade to the PC suite 7.1.30.8. After the upgrade of the same i am unable to get the synchronization with the Lotus Note 8.0.2 which was working all fine with the older version of the PC suit. I a connecting my N95 device with the Bluetooth and having the Windows XP running system. When i am trying to synchronize the calender, Lotus Notes crashes. So if any one else Lotus Notes crashes when synchronizing Calendar then help me find the solution for the same. Thank you.

I think here is the fix for your issue which might resole you problem related to the Lotus note which is crashing while synchronizing the calender. So perform the below given step properly which will help you to sort out the issue.

1. Click on Start
2. Click on Run
3. Type "regedit" and Hit enter
4. Navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nokia\PCSync\Settings"
5. If does not exist then create one with "notesini" and locate it to C:\lotus\notes\notes.ini
6. Close the Registy Window and restart computer

Hey, If you are getting the issue with the PC Suite version 7.1.30.8. then let me tell you that there is a latest version of the PC Suite is introduced which might resolve your issue related to the crash of the Lotus note with the calender synchronization. So download the PC Suit 7.1.30.9 and install the same and seem whether you are getting same issue or not.

Here i am explaining one more thing which might work with you and solve the problem that you are getting with the Lotus note. So just follow the step and do as i said.

• Click on Start
• Click on Control Panel
• Double click on Add/Remove Program
• Click on Nokia PC suit
• Click on change remove Button
• Click on Repair
• Open Nokia PC suit
• Reset the Sync Setting.

I am suggesting you to uninstall the complete program and the install the same again. As you are uninstalling the program the take care that he registry related to the program will also be removed otherwise it will not work. To uninstall the program you can use the Your Uninstaller. So do the same and let me know whether it is working or not.

Fist of all thanks a lot to all for replying me regarding the query that i have asked about and i have tried the trick defined by the Regina and it worked for me.
