Re: iPad Unsupported Video Format
It seems that there might have some issue in your Apple iPad. According to my information the iPad supported video formats are MPEG-4, .mov, H.264 and .mp4. As per your query you are getting issue for .mov video format on iPad. But thing is that this video format is supported iPad. So I think you iPad is definitely and you need to repair it.
Re: iPad Unsupported Video Format
The .mov format is supported in iPad, but the video that you tried to play in iPad is may be corrupted. Because of that you are not able to play this video in your iPad. I suggest you to try with another video file which has .mov format. And see if you are still getting same issue with this .move file or not. If this doesn't worked for you then please contact to the iPad service center.
Re: iPad Unsupported Video Format
I think there is only one solution in the way to sort out the iPad Video Format issue. For that you need to change the video format setting of you canon laptop to the video format which is compatible for iPad. I also had the same issue with my iPad also, I did the same thing as mentioned above. I think you also need to try the same thing.
