How to check any nonessential add-ins installed in Outlook 2007?

I am having doubt that there are nonessential add-ins installed in my Outlook. I am having Microsoft Office 2007 installed in my system. I have seen that the performance of an Outlook is very slow. Since I am using the Internet, I think that mistakenly, I have installed some unwanted add-ins. So please tell me how to check any nonessential add-ins installed in Outlook 2007? Need some help from your side as soon as possible.!! :notworthy

I would like to tell you that by default, the COM add-ins include the 2007 Office system :

• Outlook Addin Microsoft Access for data collection and publication
• Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging
• Microsoft Office Groove Proxy for Outlook add
• Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Colleague Import (complement)
• OneNote Notes about Outlook Items
• Email Indexer Windows Search
• Wireless from Microsoft Office Outlook
• Microsoft VBA for Outlook add

If you have non-essential accessories installed, you may want to remove them from Outlook. To view the installed, follow these steps :

1. In Outlook, click Trust Center in the Tools menu.
2. Click Add-ins to display a list of COM add-ins installed.

You should also know that any other COM add-ins listed in the Trust Center were installed by other software. Outlook can also use the client extensions Microsoft Exchange Server that can cause performance problems. For a list of client extensions currently installed Exchange Server, click Exchange Client Extensions in the Manage list of add-ons section and then click Go. The Ins dialog box displays the list of client extensions currently installed Exchange Server.

To determine whether the performance problem is due to additions, run Outlook in Safe mode. To do this, press and hold down the CTRL key when you start Outlook. When Outlook starts in Safe mode disables all COM add-ins and extensions Exchange Server client. If the problem goes away when you run Outlook in Safe mode, it is likely that one of the supplements is causing the performance problem. To solve possible problems caused by the COM add-ins or extensions Exchange Server client, disable all unused items regularly. Then restart Outlook.
