How to remove InfeStop

I need help to get rid of a virus. Often when I'm on the internet page I open a site is very suspicious: infestop.com that appears and offers me to do a scan of my computer. On the other hand, sometimes I have a message that tells me that internet explorer needs to close ....

InfeStop Deleting files in Windows XP and Vista:
