Hello, I am getting quiet severe problem with my Asus G71GX-A2 laptop. And I am having Windows 7 installed on it. I am not able to understand the problem behind the random shutdowns on my Asus G71GX-A2 laptop. This problem I am facing for few days. And the main thing is that though my laptop is in warranty period, I am not getting any kind of the assistance from the Asus.
