Hi,
What does a Digital Video is made up of. I am trying to broadcast my webcam video on yahoo. Here I have a old camera which produces analog videos but when I try to stream them online they gives out a really bad quality. On the other hand if I do the same with a DigiCam then the quality of sound and video is improvement much. How to find out the conversion process of the same.
Digital video is a video channel that is digital from end to end. Capture (camera) to the final assembly (master). With an analog camcorder like VHS, Hi8, etc the video stream is converted to analog electrical signal to be recorded on tape in the video standard used by the camcorder. This conversion digital-> analogue produces a slight distortion or loss of quality. Once captured your movie can be transferred to your computer to allow you to perform editing.
