AsRock P45XE Motherboard Driver Problem

Hello, I am having Windows xp operating system installed in my computer and while making use of it, due to some virus problem my system gets corrupted and now when I have reinstalled the new Operating system I am not able to get solution for installing the drivers on my computer. I have driver cd of the Asrock P45XE motherboard, but I am not able to install all of them on my computer as windows wont able to install them on my computer. So, if you are having any solution to install the drivers then please help me to install them.
