How you are making the bootable disc please explain the problem in detail so that it will be easier for us to make a solution out of it. Are you making the Bootable disc from the image file. If so then you should try to use the ImgBurn tools that write the image file to the DVD or CD. You can also check out the link given below that will help you for the knowing the problem in better way.
