packard bell logo screen freeze
Since I bought this Packard Bell Media 2423 Desktop system 3 years ago, the boot up process has regularly frozen on screen at the PB logo. I got out of it by pressing Delete while rebooting. This brought the option start screen and I chose start normally and up came the password screen. Two days ago a there was a power cut -- and now nothing budges the frozen PB log screen. Pressing F2, F6, or Delete has no effect, although Esc takes me to to the first boot screen (frozen) with the F2 and F8 options along the bottom. Is there any get-out?

Re: packard bell logo screen freeze
I recently asked for help with the Packard Bell logo freeze on start-up
By process of elimination, removing the usb printer lead allowed normal power-up.
Thanks for your suggestions
