I am using Windows Vista operating system with Avira antivirus and my browser is Internet Explorer 8. I want a solution to delete Gen:Trojan.Heur.Jq1@v1ZCi6iix from the computer. This infection has entered in my system from the web and the antivirus has not helped me to get rid of the same. Please help me with suitable suggestions and solutions to this problem.
