Hello everybody
I just bought a mac ibook G4 which is installed on the Mac OS X 10.4.11 with QuickTime Player 7.2. until very recently I could play streaming videos on some sites but not anymore. I do not understand why, perhaps also that I changed the preferences by mistake but the evidence is there. I ask you to give me a helping hand to restore the status. thank you
In fact would it be better to have a newer version? have you tired by updating the quicktime player? I think you need to install proper codes and update or install latest version of quick time player, this should solve your problem .Good luck with it.

Your updates with the latest QuickTime version 7.6.5 . You can install more Flip4Mac and VLC plugin available on the Apple site.
I just want to confirm have you installed any update on your mac recently? Is it happening right form the start you brought up your mac?
You have option for many other media player svailable to stream videos with the. Are you facing same issue with all media players? Have you tried up the streaming with VLC media player? VLC media player is good option to stream online videos with. And it works very well with mac os x.
