Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
Hi,
I want some settings information of App Wizard in MAC. I had found some groups application in the computer. I want to hide some applications so that no one except I can access them. The app wizard looks a bit confusing as I am not aware where to go and do those changes which are needed for my use. What are the different settings that I can enable and use for different mac applications. Thanks in advance.
Re: Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
Once the application is downloaded, click on the installer!. Everything is automatic. The installer will add a module Application Wizard in System Preferences. Then run System Preferences, then this module Application Wizard. You will see a very basic interface with different tabs in it. Like for example General tab. Here you can check already the Enable Application Wizard (this application will be activated and operational at every boot of your computer / session).
Re: Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
In the palette panel you can setup your choices. In this tab you can set the palette (it should of course also tick the box "Show the panel menu"): Size and position on the screen, hiding / displaying automatic one. Note: By default, this panel appears in the middle, but you can also move it wherever you want with the mouse. The TAB Menu in application wizard give yo two buttons for Configuring the Open menu and Set Menu Special. Also check Enable selection of groups if you intend to create groups of applications .
Re: Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
You can open a group of applications, one or more application who is in the Dock means one or more application who is in your Applications folder (handy to have everything well in hand), recently opened an application. Here you can define here how many recent applications have included in this menu, 5 to 50, open and direct as particular module System Preferences.
Re: Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
You can also leave one or more of your open applications, close all applications and all those except the one selected, leaving a group of applications or even leave applications background (these are applications that are open without your knowledge to us voluntarily, such as MagicMenuHotKeyDaemon, which activates the menu bar of the Finder Stuff in it.
Re: Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
In application wizard you can select multiple applications in the Open and Exit. To do this simply select the applications you want (by highlighting) while holding down the Shift key. You also force quit an application, select the menu Exit while holding down the alt key. To force an application to quit and restart, select the application menu Exit while holding down the ctrl key.
Re: Using App Wizard in for hiding applications
If you want to hide applications then to hide a single application, select the menu Select while holding down the alt key. To hide the active application before selecting another, select the active application while holding down the ctrl key. In the groups tab you can that it is actually a group of several applications designed for a specific use clearly defined, depending on your specific needs.
