Want to upgrade the OS of HP Ipaq 4700 Mobile

I am having the HP Mobile phone. he model which i am using is the HP Ipaq 4700 . This mobile phone runs on the Windows Mobile OS platform. This mobile phone is currently having the Windows 6.1 version. Now i want to upgrade the OS of HP Ipaq 4700 Mobile. Now the Windows 6.5 version OS is available, So i want to know that how can i upgrade the OS of this mobile phone without any problems.

This HP Ipaq 4700 Mobile phone is currently having the Windows 6.1 Operating system version. Now you are saying that the new version of the Windows operating system for mobile phones are available.
