Small Business Server Imaging

I would like to get some options on making a backup or image of SBS. I have one server running Small Business Server 2003 with a tape a backup system built into the server and we are running Exchange. I’m looking for a backup / image process that I could use if the server ever should died. I know that I may have to buy another server and if that is the case what are some idea’s I can use with that option? Possible solution might be to image the SBS and have backup hardware ready to go. If that option what software would work best for imaging, keeping cost in mind as well?
