How to set gprs on China Iphone 3gs 32gb?

dear friends..

I bought an china iphone 3gs 32Gb, which is actually has "only" 2Gigs of mem.
Al the app including java folder were installed but doesnt supported (not work).
How was that? is any suggestion to make it work?

Is there any software editor that we can make any change with inital settings?

On gprs, every i tried to make change with the provider, it cannot saved! always comeback to the initial or default setting.or it says " unfinish setting"!.., "deleted" (?)!...or just silent.Otherwise i push the general button.
It will comeback to default !!!
