I am going to buy a new dell laptop and there are only two option 1]Dell inspiron 1525 and 2]dell studio 15. Can any on tell me which one is best and i also want to know the difference between this two laptop. Dell inspiron 1525 or Dell studio 15? Which one is best? There both basically the same.
I think the Studio has some more interesting design features; backlit keyboard, slot loading drive, wifi catcher, as well as some pretty solid specs.

Dell Inspiron 1525 has Poor Video for 3D gaming, built in speakers are weak and battery has a max 2.5 hours and thats if you lower video output and other features. The Inspiron 1525 is about 25 percent smaller than its predecessor, the Inspiron 1520. Interestingly enough, the Inspiron 1420 and the 1720 keep their designs, for now. At 9.8 by 13.9 by 1.4 inches, the 1525 is even smaller than the Dell XPS M1530.
The Dell Studio 15 inherits many of the XPS 1530's strengths and almost none of its weaknesses. Display options for the Inspiron 1525 include a matte finish 15.4" Widescreen XGA (1280 x 800), a 15.4" Widescreen XGA (1280 x 800) with TruleLife (glossy finish), or a 15.4" "high resolution" (1440 x 900) glossy widescreen display.
The Dell Inspiron 1525 we were testing had an Intel Core 2 Duo T5800, 3GB of DDR2 system memory, 15.4" wide-screen 1280x800 display.The Studio 15 is available in your choice of seven colors: Plum Purple, Tangerine Orange, Flamingo Pink, Midnight Blue, Ruby Red, Spring Green or standard Jet Black.
Dell Studio 15 is claimed to be a Multimedia Laptop that comes within your budget. It is neither a low profile netbook nor a high profile business laptop. The Studio 15 widescreen display is not the LED variety available as an option on the XPS line, it's just your regular CCFL style of display that uses a couple of traditional backlights to illuminate the screen.
