Hello to all,
I have nokia N97 which is 3 months old. It works very well. It don't have any problem except one. Last time I transfer 90 mp3 songs in my mobile. But only 58 out of 90 songs are show up in the music player. I can see all song using file manager. I don't know what happened to it.
Please help me.
I also had the same problem then one of my friend suggest me one idea and it works for for me. I think you also try this. Below I just written steps to do this. I hope this will help you.
First connect your mobile to computer -> now delete all songs from memory card -> now again transfer all songs one by one -> now disconnect your mobile and refresh your mobile's music library.
I don't whether it will work for you or not. But after trying this trick by friends problem is gone. I think you also try this to get rid out of this problem. I am giving you steps of this tricks just follow it properly.
1.First connect your mobile to computer in "Removable disk" mode.
2.Now remove all those missing songs in computer.
3.Now change the Album name of these mp3 files.
4.Now again transfer these songs in your mobile and refresh library.
5.After this your music player will show all mp3 songs.
Try to restart your mobile for two times and if you still have the same problem then try another third party music player application for your mobile. It seems that there is some problem in your songs file. They may be get corrupted or get damaged. First check these songs in your computer, whether it works or not. If they are not working properly in your computer then it means that you can not play these songs in your mobile. Try inserting other songs in your mobile.
From your information it seems that there is some problem in your mobile's software and for this reason you are getting this problem. In this case you have to upgrade your mobile with new version. You can do his using Nokia PC suite. Just connect your mobile to computer and download update file using nokia PC suite. Now install that update file in your mobile.
Note : Take backup of your mobile before performing this process.
