I want to create PDFs from Office Documents. I have Acrobat Reader 9. I am not familiar with this. How to create PDFs by MS office and also from other files. And also with help of multiple files and from web pages. How to save and print PDFs and edit it. And some additional information on this topic if you know.
The full form of PDF is Portable Document Format, it is a file format made by Adobe. PDF. Formatting information is allowed to capture by you. There variety of applications has been published in your desktop. They are MS Word, Publisher, and other applications. The document is converted into PDF so that it make easy to send it to the recipient's monitor or printer perfectly.
If you want to see the PDF data or files, you must have the reader application by adobe. It can also make a document in MS Office. You can also create it on PowerPoint, Word, Excel and others very easily. After that click on save as and select the PDF or XPS option. Then save it as Adobe Acrobat file, your option will be pop up.
You can also select to save the PDF, base on it will be print or published online. By selecting the option you can save a PDF document. In all page in you files, that also in the latest page only. In this you have bookmarking feature, you can use it. If you are creating the bookmarks it will help you to separate the files into chapter or sections.
Select the option which you like to save in the PDF files and select OK. Adobe Acrobat 9 can make PDF from any type of files. After opening the Adobe Acrobat to the option of the menu, from the top of the window, select the file and make it to PDF from other file. you can save as Acobe Acrobat File. The window will allow you to browse your document from any drive of your computer. Locate it and turn it to PDF files.
You can also convert the multiple files into a PDF files, select file> create PDF> from multiple files you have to use Adobe Acrobat 9. If you want to merge a files into single PDF file then you have to use Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional. By this option you can add other files and change the order in which the document will appear.
