Hi,
I have iphone 3G which is 3 months old. I have dell laptop which has iTunes installed. Last night when I tried to synchronize my iphone with itunes suddenly my iphone freezes and itunes unable to recognize it. I don't know why this happened. Please if you have any solution over it then give me.

First check whether you have connected your iphone to USB 2.0 HUB Port or your PC. If you have connected your iphone to USB 2.0 HUB Port then your iphone will not get enough power supply to charge the iphone. For this reason your iphone freezes while synchronizing. If your iphone is connected to your PC then there will not be any problem. If you still have the same problem then you have to fixed it from apple store.
I think you have to format your iphone and install new version of OS. You can use following steps to install new OS in your iphone.
First connect your iphone to your computer -> format your iphone normally -> now open iTunes -> there you can find restore option -> click on it -> now new version of OS will install in your iphone.
You have to reset your iphone to get it in normal position. You can reset your iphone by holding top button and home button simultaneously. If you still not able to solve the problem then you have to contact your nearest apple store.
