i know USB 3.0 well that is it is upgraded version of USB 2.0 also USB 3.0 is fast but can some one tell me what is SuperSpeed USB which one is better SuperSpeed USB or USB 3.0 also where i can get that SuperSpeed USB if that one is better and how to identify that which one is SuperSpeed USB and USB 3.0 ?

Intel unveils successor features of USB, USB 1.1 and USB 2.0. The USB 3 should be called SuperSpeed USB so there is no difference. Called SuperSpeed USB, it offers theoretical transfer speeds of 5 Gbits per second, or 625 megabytes per second. As a reminder, USB offers rates of 1.5 Mbps (0.18 Mbps), USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 Full Speed 12 Mbps (1.5 Mbps), and finally the 'High Speed USB 2.0 reaches 480 Mbps (60 MBps).

I have observed the performance obtained with hard drives running a USB 2.0 connection, 3.0 or eSATA.where USB 3.0 performance quite close to eSATA, while delivering the power required to supply components. Power eSATA, which is growing recently.
