Overclocking Q9550 E0 with p5q deluxe

Here is my goal : would like to go with the 4Ghz with reasonable temperatures and pressures which it can handle ...Well see if my cpu can hold it ?
I know a few bases of the OC but I'm far from a pro! hence approaching for help today ...

On my P5Q deluxe my PC 8500 has unflinchingly up to 570 may be the relaxation of the tRFC.
