I use windows XP. My problem is that, my email folder in Outlook Express has been deleted. One user on my pc, accidentally deleted some folder from MS Outlook. Is there anyway to recover his emails, other than using any software for deleted items?
After searching a bit on recovering deleted folders in Outlook Express, I found that deleted emails are kept. Dbx folders on your machine. Sometimes Outlook Express asks you to do archive, there is less chance of recovering these folders only show in a home> search option, if you have configured to show hidden files and folders. So try. Dbx files and there are no programs to recover deleted emails, but not free
If you just removed and have not emptied the trash. Check your junk folder. It must be still be there, then you can find the deleted email in Deleted Items mail folder and copy it back to the original folder.
