Attachment download saving error

Hello,

I'm new and was wondering if someone can help me. Not sure where to direct this question but here goes.

Instead of using my flash drive; I have been sending my essay paper back and forth using my email and attaching the document. So that I can work on my papers at home and school. Well when I opened the attachment it opened in word 2007 and I proceeded to just type from there. I hit save repeatedly it never saved to my computer and know I can not find my completed version. I looked everywhere I could think of. Can someone please help I lost over 3 pages worth of work.

Try using Save As option after working on it. The problem is, you select open when the download prompt shows up, so your word file downloads in a temporary folder location. So you must select download option first, when the download is finished, open it and then save changes... :thumbup1:
