NFS Shift demo crashes on my laptop
I recently downloaded the demo version of Need for Speed Shift to try it out on my Vista Ultimate laptop. The installation is done smoothly but after launching the game my laptop crashes. I already did a system check by going on some online website to check for compatablity and everything passes except for my processor that is 2.4 ghz. I rechecked the System requirements of NFS shift and it seems that I can play it on my specs. Can anyone please help me with this problem.
Re: NFS Shift demo crashes on my laptop
There was a news about NFS shift game that the minimum requirements that were presented earlier had been posted wrong. So it might be also possible that you are playing it on its minimum requirements for the time being. The System Requirements for NFS Shift are higher than it states and if you could give us your proper laptop specs then we can see whether it should work on your laptop or not.
Re: NFS Shift demo crashes on my laptop
Have you tried download the patch for nfs shift? It was rumoured that ATI cards are only affected by this problem because the same thing was happening on ATI desktop cards as well. Try reinstalling the game or get the latest driver for your graphic card.
Download Need for Speed SHIFT PC Patch 1.01
