moto q sync issues
i have the moto q classic ive been using activesync for the last 4 miunths since i had it with no problem but last month it stop sync and hasnt sync since aug 16th i get an error message saying imstall activesync 4.1 or higher to desktop but its is installed i have istalled all version i can find no luck
i dont care about emails and outlook and all that other stuff im doing movies and games and music only is there another way to get files on my phone wthout syncing? i know i can use a card and a reader but i havent bought one yet im runninig windows xp pro sp2

However, make sure that if you are using Wireless Sync, go into the Menu, Active Sync and make sure that it's set to allow Active Sync. I think the default value for the Activesync connection had the "Secure Connection" box not checked. Also, make sure the settings on your desktop AS are set to allow USB connections.

Have you tried the bluetooth option to sync your phone?
Go to Q - ActiveSync select "Menu",
- "Connect via BlueTooth" The Q then says "Press 'Add' to configure a new ActiveSync partner".
You are done.

If you are unable to Sync with the latest version of Active sync then you have only one option left, buy a card reader. also have a look at this page, It has Everything you need to get started on your Motorola Q.

i have tried all the tihngs everybody says but no luck so i wil just go the card route i been messing with this for over 3 weeks never spent that much time on some software with no results so im done with it thanks for your help
