Nvidia chipset 8300 vs 9300

I found nvidia 8300 on asus m3n78 pro and nvidia 9300 on asus p5n7a vm.

So can you tell me which board should I go for?

I will recommend you to go for the higher version. This will remove the upgrade issue. The Asus P5N7A-VM with Nvidia GeForce 9300M is better for gaming and graphic job. This a higher configuration as compare to the first one. If we talk about performance then the second is much better as compare to the first one.
