Now as mentioned the title of make XP Desktop Properties like Windows 7 is because i like the way windows 7 displayes its system properties and have seen a Windows XP computer showing the same way. I don't know how but thats true. Is there any way i can get Windows 7 desktop properties in Windows XP ? Please let me know.

Yeah, that is possible to have in Windows XP as well . You just need to download a desktop patch that includes themeui.dll and a replacer utility to make this possible. Once downloaded you need to replace some system file with these utility.
But don’t forget to backup that file before replacing and create system restore point

Thats a nice stuff. i had already made my Xp desktop properties look like Windows 7. If you are not aware of how to use these ustilities than here is what i did, just go through this steps:-
- Once you have downloaded the themeui.dll and the replacer, just save them to desktop and navigate to the following location:
Code:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
- Now backup the themeui.dll file and replacer utility and replace the old themeui.dll file with the newly downloaded themeui.dll file.
- Thats it. Now restart the system and check the system properties, you will find it like windows 7.

Run the System File Checker
Run sfc /scannow command. This command will immediately initiate the Windows File Protection service to scan all protected files and verify their integrity, replacing any files with which it finds a problem. This will prompt your for Windows XP installation CD.
