Apple ID not is working in iTunes Store
Hi,
When went to the iTunes store using my Apple ID, and they said: "The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again. " I clicked on the link to reset my password, and then tried logging in again and got the same error. I had the opportunity to access apple.com fine using the same ID and password. I tried to create a new account (as I have never entered the iTunes store using my Apple ID before), and said that it was used identification.

I had several times when my account information was not available and could not buy or download anything. The problem disappeared after a few minutes and everything was fine. The dialog box told him it was a problem with iTunes. Try again in a couple of hours.

Have you tried the below things, the problem night be from your end:
- Disconnecting your Wi-Fi and reconnecting it again.
- Resetting your password through iForgot, you must have forgotton your password.
- Signing Out and Sining In again.
- Rebooting your system

Please follow the steps below.
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free from here.
2) Open iTunes
3) In the pull-down Store menu at the top, select Login.
4) In the dialog box that appears, make sure the button next to the Apple logo is selected.
5) Enter your iTunes Store account and password then click Login.
If you no longer have the password for your account, you can simply reset iForgot from here.

Your Apple ID and password are two key pieces of your Apple Account. You can use your Apple ID and password in iTunes to access the iTunes Store, buy content, and to authorize the items you've bought. If you already have an Apple account, you can use your existing Apple ID and password to access and purchase and authorize the items you've purchased from the iTunes Store.
