Hello friends,
I have NEC Model: ND-3500AG writer and i am facing problem writing dvd. i am using Nero and while burning DVD i am gettion this message. "illegal medium" -- "Burn Process Failed at 2.4x (3,312 kb/s)". I have Nero 6StartSmart. Nero Version: 6.6.0.6 (Nero Express). I have already tried more than 6 dvd but still getting same error. please help me
The error which you are getting is related to digital rights management issues. Some files are not compatible with the format. I advise to use DVDShrink. DVDShrink allows you to modify the contents of a DVD so that it fit in a space less than the original space. To do this, DVDShrink can remove chapters, crop video to delete audio tracks, removing subtitles or even re-compress the video by changing the compression ratio.
