Restrict User downloads in Windows xp
Hello , can you Tell me how Can we restrict the user to download any file from internet in windows xp , actually my son sits a lot on the internet , download lots of programs , that i do not know about , can you tell me how can i restrict a user downloads in windows xp , atleast tell me how to limits the downloads , please help me thanks in advance

then in the left pane Goto

Security Features
and you will find Restrict downloading files option , you need to activate these option

To do this, pull down the Tools menu, Internet Options, and select the Security tab. Click the Internet icon and then click the Custom Level button. At the bottom of the Settings list, select Disable in the download file and press OK, Yes and OK. Any attempt to download now leads by an error message.
