Hi! Thanks for your help and for the copy of the spyware doctor, spyware doctor is working well but just a tiny problem, when I click SMART UPDATE, the message is,
"UPDATE FAILED.
The subscription status is INVALID. Please contact Support."

Does it have something to do with the copy, please help, I would really love to have an updates, thank you for your help in advance.

I was also facing the same problems with the Spyware doctor. I was not able to update the software after installation. I tried many times but it failed. I think that your license key for the Genuine spyware Doctor had been expired. So if you want to use it more then Either you have to renew the license with the software online or you can try to download some other spyware like the malwarebytes antimalware bytes utility. hope this helps.

guys, i know now the answer to my question why Spyware doctor with Antivirus can't update after you install it, you need to contact spyware doctor customer service and they will send you a file that will reset the program.
