I am having LG chocolate mobile phone with me everything was working fine before few days ago but now i am facing a lots of issue with my cellular phone. Whenever i try to make any call the opposite person is not able to hear my voice but i can hear him very clearly. Does anyone facing such kind of issue with there LG Chocolate mobile phone.
If your caller cannot hear your voice on LG Chocolate cell phone then try to check out at the backside of your phone there will be a small dot check it out it;s in which color if it's in red color then it seems that it is has being damage and does the caller is able to hear it if you are using bluetooth handset or handsfree which has come with your cell phone ?
Yes there is red dot at the backside of my phone but if i am using my bluetooth headset then it's working fine. Can you tell me what would be the issue and what i need to do in this case because i don't like to use my bluetooth very much and thanks for replying me.
It seems that some water has being penetrated into your phone because of which you are getting an red dot instead of white dot. If your Cell phone is in warranty period then i would recommend you goto LG service center and get it fix because for this they will take nominal charges from you and you will get the original part because if you go outside then they will have a replace it but your warranty will get void.
