Hello
My problem is with my real player whenever I open real player and click on 'file' to a list of video clips along with all the usual options, and if opened one of these clips and click on 'edit' I am not able to remove the files. The delete option, along with most of the other options is in gray just like it is not able to use.so how can I delete these video clips?
please help me!!!
Re: Not able to delete video clips under 'file' in real player
May be you can delete it by undirected way go to my documents under that locate my music on which you can find the real player library, by the name real player optimized files, there you are free to remove whatever you don't want anymore.
Re: Not able to delete video clips under 'file' in real player
The great way to remove your video, is to delete them from the Real Player library Open up My Computer Disk C Documents and Settings folder.go to the User folder in which target the My Videos folder search for the Real Player videos and just delete the videos. with the video off of your hard disc, you can choose the remove missing media option from the Tools tab in your Real Plarer.
Re: Not able to delete video clips under 'file' in real player
First remove all files from going to directly my music>real player folder then it will work fine
In order to delete recent play clips
click tools preferences>on general tab>click clear history
To clear clips from library
click view>my library>choose the clips edit and delete it
Highlight any clip>edit tab choose select all>delete will delete all the clips
Re: Not able to delete video clips under 'file' in real player

Re: Not able to delete video clips under 'file' in real player
Not sure that this will work in Windows 7 but worked for me in Vista. Type in Real Player in the Start menu search line and hit Enter. A file will appear stating 'videos'. Open that file, select all file by pressing CTRL + A and delete it. Simple. You can also get some help from this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/windows-software/1206146.htm
