All right, I know one application which can list out all things for you
it is Process Explorer v11.33, which consists of two sub-windows. The top window always shows a list of the currently active processes. the other window have two mode,if it is in handle mode it shows you the handles that the process selected in the top window has opened, at same time the DLLs and memory-mapped files that the process has loaded if Process Explorer is in DLL mode
get the application from here

I know one utility and it's name is Unlocker
this application designed to be a very useful Windows Explorer extension which make it possible to users to easily get rid of error message such as error deleting file or folder, cannot delete folder with a simple right-click on a file or folder
so download it..and enjoy...

DiamondCS Advance Process Manipulation genuinely appends a part of the program itself to the target process, essentially becoming a part of that process. instead of not controlling the processes by remotely sending them instructions. Once 'inside', APM is free to perform actions on behalf of the target process. which is designed to determine which ports the target process is using.
