Hi,
I am having Seagate 500gb External hard drive and i want to connect it to my Toshiba laptop when i am trying to connect to my laptop i am not able to see any of it's drive i don't know why i am not able to see all the drives of my laptop. Does anyone facing such kinds of issues then reply revert to this thread.
Are you able to see it in disk management for that you need to right click on My computer, then select Manage option from here. Now Computer Management window would get open from over here select Disk Management and check does all you drives are available over here or not. If not then got to BIOS and also check does the hard drive has being detected or not.
I have try to check in Disk Management over here i am not able to see any of my drives and at the same time i have check in BIOS USB is being enabled and my data cable is also working. Does anyone have any other solution then please reply for more information i am using Dell laptop with Windows XP SP2 as my Operating system.
