Fix windows recycler error
I have dual booted my computer. I have Windows Vista on my 'C:' drive and Windows 7 on my 'D:' drive. Since the dual boot, i am facing the problem in my computer. Whenever i delete a file, [normal delete and not shift delete], the recycle bin icon changes tht indicate there are the delete files in them. But when i go to recycle bin, i do not see any files. I cannot restore the files as i cannot see them, and nor even delete the files. How do i fix windows recycler error? Can anyone help me with this? would be very helpful... :rolleyes:

You can delete or restore your files without going into the recycle bin. Go to the desktop, right-click on the recycle bin and there you will find the options to delete the files [Empty Recyce Bin] and Restore files in the right-click menu. Use those to get your work done... :thumbup1:

Well if you have dual booted, then there are chances of a disk error due to the second. Reboot your computer in Safe-Mode and run scan disk for each drives. This will help you solve your problems. All the best!

Click on start button, in the text box type cmd and don't press enter. Cmd will appear in the list with a black icon. Right-Click on it and click "Run As Administrator". If you are the administrator and have a password, input it when it asks. Now run system file checker by typing : This will fix system file error if any exists...
