I have recently took new iPod and everything is working fine expect my my iTunes software it takes a very long time to open . I don't know what would be the issue. When i asked my friend about the same he is not facing such kind of issue. Does anyone facing such kind of issues ?
Try to use run antivirus on your computer it might happen that there would be some virus on your computer that's why it's taking a long time or else you can type msconfig and remove all the unwanted programs from your startup and hope your iTunes will open faster.
I had a check for the same there is no virus on my computer and at the same time i have removed all the unwanted programs too but still facing same issue. Can anyone tell me some another solution please.
I was also facing such kind of issue and i try to connecting directly to my modem and it was working fine for me. You can also try to connect it directly if still you are facing same issue , then there might be something wrong with your itunes installation. Uninstall itunes, delete all the traces of it, and reinstall it.
