I just ordered a new graphics card few hours ago. Its currently on step 2, now i want to cancel it. I made a mistake in hurry and placed a wrong graphics card in order. Now newegg refusing to cancel the order. Its just few or say 4 to 5 hours . What to do now? Is there no way to cancel this order? :crybaby:
I think you can still cancel the order, no changes can be made in order means you can not add or remove the stuffs in that order. Just try it properly or take the help of their customer help.
First go to the newegg website and get the contact info. Call the customer service, and explain your issue to them, they will surly give you alternative or proper solution. I think that's the best thing you can do now.
Ya once it happened to me, send the email to customer service, they are really good in responding. If they ship, refuse shipment. But if you look at your order on their site, it gives you 5 steps. You can cancel up to I believe step 3. After it reaches Step 2, it should say something like "No Changes Can Be Made" or something similar.
