"Action canceled" IE6 Error
Hey all.
My local MSDN shows a yellow rectangle, and said that "To Help Protect your security, your web browser blocked this site from downloading files to your computer."
I am forever grateful for such a concern for my safety, but I would really like to get rid of it.
Tried the following:
1. Rearrange Microsoft Document Explorer for VS 2005
2. Rearrange (demolish / set) itself MSDN for VS 2005
3. To demolish the last update for the WIND
Document Explorer version: 8.0.50727.26 RTM (cool that ebaute instead of pictures and text, it shows "Action canceled". Only static buttons and visible)
Internet Explorer version: 6.0.3790.1830.
Who that might suggest?
Re: "Action canceled" IE6 Error
I noticed a similar phenomenon in chm files
If the file downloaded from Ineta, the same symptoms. To ensure that go in the properties file, where the attributes are set "Read Only" and "Hidden" press release box (near the word "This file was received from another computer and may have been blocked ..."
Re: "Action canceled" IE6 Error
Please try the following:
Click the Refresh button, or try again later.
If you have visited this page previously and you want to view what has been stored on your computer, click File, and then click Work Offline.
For information about offline browsing with Internet Explorer, click the Help menu, and then click Contents and Index.
Re: "Action canceled" IE6 Error
If your database is part of the local intranet domain simply:
1) Create a *. reg file and copy / paste the following lines:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\]
Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\HHRestrictions
"MaxAllowedZone" = dword: 00000001
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions]
"MaxAllowedZone" = dword: 00000001
2) Execute the reg file on all machines (clients, not the file server!) To merge its contents with the registry.
3) Open the. Chm files from the server to verify that it works.
Re: "Action canceled" IE6 Error
Solution for Action canceled :
1. Save the file on your computer praxdatsetup.chm (When you download the Save / Save button does not open / open).
2. On the File praxdatsetup.chm click the right mouse button and select Properties / Properties.
3. At the point Safety / Security, click the Allow / Unblock, then OK.
Now you can open the Setup Help.
